Major national data refresh now live
Most property prices, sales volumes, rents, rental yields, supply indicators and suburb-level datasets have been refreshed. Price and sales histories now use 2026 YTD* as the latest period instead of 2025. Suburb profiles and Best Overall rankings were also rebuilt with clearer national comparisons, improved data coverage and more detailed investment signals.
*2026 YTD currently covers completed quarters through 2026 Q2 and is not a full calendar-year result. Exact periods vary by dataset, state and location.
